Tip maps are the most useful planning tool for a trip on the continent, with thousands of tips uploaded by travelers since 2016. They now live inside Mzungu: open the map on your phone, search, filter and see where you are - no other maps app, even with no signal.

To take the maps on the road: add Mzungu to your Home Screen, pick your countries below and download on Wi‑Fi. You get the basemap, the tips and the photos. Maps do not update automatically - tap Update before entering each country to stay current.
